My kids have gone here for quite some time. When my son was only a year old and his first teeth came in, I saw they were deformed and discolored so I took him immediately. There are certain things I never liked about this business, but our last visit definitely made sure it was our last. The man looked at my son's teeth and said something about my sons fillings holding up. My son does not have fillings, those were his teeth. He also mentioned the discoloration as if it was new, which told me he didn't look at his previous paperwork at all. He also did everything so fast I couldn't get a word in. It really bothered me that he didn't bother asking about the background of my sons teeth, and thought my son had fillings! It was a different man before this visit, and I am not pleased at all with this new person, who obviously does not know what he is doing or talking about. I would like to have enough time to tell my dentist about my sons previous problems, instead of having a man sit down for 20 seconds tops, say two things that were completely wrong and immediately walk away. I've also noticed that teeth cleanings take a whole 30 seconds maybe. I just don't feel like they do a good job here, or hire qualified individuals.

I was their for 2 hours and never even saw the dentist very upset their was kids screaming and running around crazy I finally had to get up and leave apt was at 9:45 I still didn't see the dentist at 11:45 and they weren't even busy do not go their

I had an appointment at 11:15 I wasn't seen till 12:46pm. the staff is very unprofessional & unorganized . they gossip more about their coworkers than taking care of there patients.I had to get a filling & I did not leave Kids Kare till 3:09pm & let's not forget my appointment was at 11am if you want to spend your entire day at the dentist feel free to go here and the two fat lards they have for receptionist are VERY rude !! DON'T COME HERE

I took my kids to see Dr. Ferguson today and they absolutely loved her and her staff. Dr. F was very patients with my kids and you could tell she loves children. We will definitely being going back to Kids Care.
