i.e., A lBought a 2005 Subaru Outback from there for $6,700. Drove it 14 miles and it blew up. I have the work order from the previous dealer's mechanic that showed the vehicle's turbo went bad and sent metal through the entire engine. Bailey's bought the vehicle and replaced the turbo but not the faulty engine. Then they put new oil in the vehicle so that I wouldn't see the metal flakes.They lied to my face about it and said they would do nothing to compensate. When I produced the work order the guy said, "So what do you want me to do about it?" I then asked him if this is how they're going to do business. He replied, "This IS how we do business." Do not EVER buy from this place. I talked to several of the dealerships that Bailey's buys their vehicles from. The dealerships know the vehicles are garbage but Baily's buys them anyways and won't hesitate to sell them to you and laugh in your face when it blows up after 10 miles. Salesman was rude and the owner won't return my calls.

Where to begin. Drove 50 miles to get there and look at vehicles with money, planning to buy. Test drove a vehicle that broke down. Then was insulted by the sales staff. Shady salesman did not like me trying to bargain for a better deal. His attitude was terrible, he may be the worst salesman ever. The only good thing about this place is the tow truck driver was nice. Their cars are cheap, but their knowledge of their own inventory is lacking and they are not friendly. Look Elsewhere.

HORRIBLE drove over 1 hour to NO customer service 6 people standing around and not 1 couod offer keys or information they told us to look around kinda hard to car shop with locked vehicles and no mileage information DON'T Waste your time half the cars look like they came from a junk yard
