      WHO WE ARE: Since 1980 as the Iowa Landlord Association (ILA), and 2006 as Two Rivers REIA (TRREIA) we are now managed by one umbrella organization - IaREIA. We are statewide in our focus. We provide Best-in-Class service in three primary areas: Education, Legislative advocacy, and Member benefits (ELM). We are a Charter Chapter of the NREIA (National Real Estate Investors Association).
