      I have tried many different gyms and diets throughout the years and finally started to see the results I wanted when I joined Health Targeted Solutions. Workouts are designed for individual capabilities and are always challenging and FUN! I have lost the weight I needed and am continually becoming stronger and leaner. You also learn the nutritional side, which is very important. I would recommend HTS to anyone who wants the total package and wants to see results!

      We are currently training all fitness levels! If you are looking to get back into shape, keep what you have or just get that edge we can get you there! We are helping so many people to lose weight, to get that extra edge for their weekend races and to get stronger to be able to compete at higher levels of competition. Not only will we make sure that your workouts in the gym are challenging and life changing but you will also have a game plan for when you're not with us. We can also help to overhaul your nutrition plan. We will make sure you have a clear understanding as to why you need to change your eating habits and how they affect you.
