The law firm of Garton & Vogt, P.C., was established in 1988 by Arthur Garton and Kathy Vogt, and is located in Clinton Township, in the heart of Macomb County, Michigan. Our firm of three attorneys provides legal services to individuals and businesses throughout Southeast Michigan. The firm's founders together have well over thirty years of combined legal experience. Our attorneys represent and advise clients in a variety of legal matters including criminal defense, including DUI/DWI and white collar crimes; family law, including divorce, custody, visitation and child support issues; personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, products liability, and medical malpractice; and business law.
