It's really hard to find to find quality work these days for a fair price. I just moved here from out west, Shannon did a SUPERIOR job & for half the price of what I was paying. I suspect anyone writing a bad review of Shannon is just one of her competitors.
Shannon is great!!! She has groomed all of our dogs for the past 30 years. You can tell she really loves dogs.
I have used Shannon's before and have never had a problem. They took good care of my two dogs when I was out of town recently,and gave them a bath as well. Some people complain of the pet smell, but it is a kennel after all, and they take great care of your pets. Highly recommended.
did a GREAT job on my Spaniel, she's not the easiest to do & they were much cheaper than any one else
tons of room as compared to other boarding kennels. They remodeled the store & kennel & it is really cute, They have a suite with a real full size bed & even a TV for the dogs. All the other kennels just stick your baby in a cage. Shannon's has air conditioned runs inside & doors going outside. They walk the dogs twice a day & even play with them, to top it off they are MUCH cheaper than other boarding.
I have a very old poodle that no one else would groom, Shannon took her time & was very patient with the old girl. This was the best grooming she ever had. I even had another groomer tell me I should put her to sleep!!! Shannon really did show TLC.
There isn't an option for 0 stars. Place is nasty, doesn't look like they take good care of the pets that are brought in and are very rude. Did not leave my baby there found another one in Clinton, Kim's Pet Salon on Springridge Road. She is great, friendly, loving to all pets and very clean environment. My advice is stay away from Shannon's TLC because it's anything buy tender loving care.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE.... THEY ARE VERY RUDE.. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL IN BUSINESS .... MY SHIH-ZHU LOOKED HORRIBLE AND WAS SCARED WHEN I PICKED HIM UP ... AND HE HID UNDER THE COUCH ALL DAY WHEN I GOT HIM HOME. I FINALLY GOT HIM OUT AND UNDERNEATH THEY HAD CUT HIM IN SEVERAL PLACES ....THEN I FOUND A HUGE TICK UNDER HIS NECK.... HE DOES NOT GO OUT SIDE EVER ! SO I KNOW IT CAME FROM SHANNON'S ITS NASTY AND STINKS IN THERE ... THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY BABY .... BUT I DO ! I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN !!!!
DON'T TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!! The place is nasty, it smells and they did a horrible job on my puppy. I have never seen a business that has TLC (Tender Loving Care) as part of their name that is TOTALLY inappropriate. I will never take him back to that place.
