I have a hard time believing any negative reviews. This repair shop is awesome! I have been taking my cars to Overpass Auto for years and have never had a problem! They are the most friendly, honest and reliable people I’ve ever encountered. They truly care about their customers and do great work at reasonable prices! I have always been satisfied with their service and wouldn’t take my cars to any other mechanic shop in the Valley besides Overpass Auto.

Highly recommended! Overpass Auto has serviced all of our family's vehicles for 13 years. They do a great job on the repairs, and most of all they are honest and do not tell you something is wrong that is not. Their pricing is fair. We have never had any problems with the work they have done for us (which has been a lot over the years, since we have a large family with a variety of used cars).

I would not take my car anywhere but to OP Auto,the rates are great and the service is awesome!

They changed out an alternator for me, to do this they had to take off the skid plate and drain a hydraulic line. when I picked it up and paid for it there was no power steering since they had not refilled the hydrualic line. Got the tattooed kid who did the work to put some in. Later, I discovered the skid plate was put on backwards and only with two bolts instead of four. Makes you wonder.

We dropped off our vehicle for a diagnosis first thing in the morning. We were told there would be no charge for the diagnosis. We were told we would get a phone call once they had diagnosed the issue with an estimate and then we could decide if we needed or could afford the repair. Waited for a phone call all day long never received one. Finally we called the shop just after 15:00 local. Only to hear they were just about to call us to tell us they had replaced a vavle in the vehicle because they thought it was fairly inexpensive in addition they had another part on the way over from the dealership, that they were also going to replace wihtout our consent, and our bill was just shy of $400.00! The lady at the counter was rude, unprofessional, yelled at us and lied to us. Our free diagnosis was not so free! We certainly will NEVER be returning there and we do not reccommend it. Don't let them fool you, no matter how nice they seem! Give them the opportunity and they will rip you off!

I have been really impressed with the care and service I receive at Overpass auto. They have always fixed my car the first time.
