I just moved into a home and it had a pool and that pool was built and maintained by Mathews pool and they came out and clean my pool for 75 dollars, while teaching me how to use everything to take care of the pool and test my water for free. They didn't try to sell me a ton of chemicals I didn't need and showed me physically how to use and maintain every piece of equipment related to the pool.They were polite and knowledgeable and down to earth. I would recommend them to anyone and have plans to expand my pool area in the future and they will be doing it.

Mathews pool has always given me great advice and service. The staff goes out of their way to help me keep my pool in excellent condition unlike other places I have consulted. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. Thanks, guys.

Can't recommend them enough. they built our pool and we love it. We we're out of state and building the pool before we moved here. Communication was a little tricky but we were amazed how well the project progressed. Manager was great when we called about problems. almost every weekend for 3 weeks the manager talked us through the pool pump learning curve.

they even warrantied repairs that were caused by the landscape contractor. That was a pleasant surprise.

very rude, i would not do business with them if they were the only supplier around. i had a small job that required their talents and expertise. they rudely informed me to call the people who installed the liner originally and hung up on the call without allowing questions or giving me a chance to offer to pay more than normal for their services. if they had taken this small job, it would have lead to any and all needs i would have in the future but not any longer.
