I live in Buffalo, NY but unfortunately my nephew died in Cleveland. I went on the internet find a local funeral home to facilitate his return. After a couple of unsatisfactory starts I found The Thomas G. Smith Funeral Home on Saint Clare Ave. Mrs. Smith was an absolute gem. The first thing she did was quote me a price for the service I needed that was almost half less than my previous quotes. She then started deducting amounts for things I didn't need. UNHEARD OF! And if that wasn't enough she suggested at least three alternate ways for me to reduce costs even further. For Mrs. Smith to treat and out-of-towner like this is almost unbelievable. Death is a business, but there's business and then there is compassionate and fair business, and that's what I received. If you're from Cleveland don't think about going anywhere else but Thomas G.
