I took my mower here for repair of my blade actuation cable. I was told it would take 1 week to repair. Two weeks later I was still waiting for the job to be completed. Repeated calls solicited the response that they were waiting on parts. Another week later they called and informed me that the mower repair was complete. I picked it up and brought it home. The first time my son used it to mow the grass he informed me that the front wheel was jammed up and would not pivot in its socket. This was not like this when I took it into Puritas. I called and asked them what happened to the wheel. They claimed that they did nothing and were not responsible. I informed them that I was the one mowing the grass when the cable broke and the wheel worked perfectly then. Since that time it was in their possession and upon return the wheel did not work properly. The owner told me to bring the mower back in and that he would look at it and charge me for wheel repair. I told him this was totally unacceptable. He became VERY belligerent and rude and hung up on me. Do NOT use Puritas Mower Repair!!!!!

My husband brought our vacumm to get fixed about a month and a half ago. Today we went to pick it up and the told us they SOLD our vacuum because it wasn't picked up. I understand we took a little long to pick up but they should've called ot wrote us a note. The owner's son called the owner and came back saying that he wasn't responsible if not picked up, he said "oh well you didnt pick it up"! There are no signs or anything that says if not picked up, it will be sold . They didn't want to give us another one either. Terrible customer service and his son was very rude.
