I adopted an animal from the shelter. I was very satisfied with my little cutie. I thought I would write a review in response to the bad review I saw regarding the shelter. Yes, it was not the cleanest place in the world, however, my heart does go out to those who are trying desperately to provide a temporary home for lost or abused animals and does not believe in euthanizing them. Rather then complaining about those that are working hard to save a life with very little financial means, why not try making a donation instead. That would be more helpful towards the cause verses complaining rather then helping. The facility is only working hard with what they have. Be part of the solution and not the problem. I would recommend them to anyone who in looking for an animal to adopt. My precious little girl was spayed, given her shots, and checked out by the vet and is now happily at home enjoying life once again thanks to the shelter. Can't judge a book by the cover.

Giving this place a 1 out of 5 stars is being generous. My boyfriend was the one who dropped are 2 kitties off to get them spayed and neutred and he called me saying he almost didnt leave them because the place was dirty and he got bad feeling. I thought since they are his babies he was just being overly worried. I went to pick them up and I yelled at him saying why did you leave them. The palce had such a bad smell I could not even breath inside it. The older lady at the from desk was not nice at all and I know a few peopel that said that about her. The palce looked so unsainitary like it just needs a good wipe down and cleanining. I would not recommened taking your animals here. Woud rather pay more then ever go back here. They werent even loving or caring to the animals. It was more get in get out and no care that they are scared animals.
