As new residents here our first experience visiting Little Italy. Love this place!

First time visit tonight and couldn't say more about how great the food, service and atmosphere--it was terrific! A definite trip back.

Great place and beautiful atmosphere to savor a nice meal. Enjoy the pleasant food and great vibe any time of the day. If this is your type of groove then this is the place to visit and take in the scene. I would say this place delivers on food, vibe, decor and overall setting.

Seriously, I did not have a single complaint, and the food was awesome. Wish they were in California.

I've been here on Ladies' Night before several times in college, and really enjoyed it. You can't beat the deal, and the food and wine was always pretty good.

This place had some great traditional dishes that were very tasty.

We were in Cleveland so I could run the Rock n' Roll half marathon. I needed to find somewhere to carb load. What better place than Little Italy. We walked up one side of Mayfield and down the other looking at menus. We chose LA Dolce Vita. We were seated promptly. It did take a few minutes to get waited on but once the waiter took our order the service improved tremendously. They give you warm bread to start. It was warm & delicious - a wonderful mixture of salt and sour. It was a yummy treat for my hungry tummy. We ordered Mediterrano pizza - a smokey mozzarella cheese, eggplant, squash, and red pepper. The red pepper was wonderfully sweet paired with the smokey cheese. It hit the spot! I chose the seafood pasta with mussels, shrimp, and calamari with linguini in a wine sauce. It was s little spicy but certainly tasty! The hubby chose the pesto pasta creation and it was perfection. All in all it was a great choice and the atmosphere was great too!

After driving all day, this was a perfect meal to end our day. It was a beautiful 10 minute walk from our hotel (Glidden House) and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was new, but very helpful (we never saw the owner mentioned in the other reviews). My husband & I both tried specials - salmon with mango salsa & beef medallians with pesto tortellini. We also tried the grilled zucchini and polenta appetizer. The bread was warm and yummy. We had passion fruit, raspberry and mango sorbet formed into a ball and dipped in white chocolate for dessert ... the perfect light ending to a delicious meal.

With the help of a waiter who we hailed after waiting at a table with a speaker blasting in our ears, we were pleased to receive excellent, enthusiastic service at a quiet table. The food was excellent and the service was first rate.

Group of four....did not know what to expect. Everything we ordered was very good. Only complaint we had was our salads were served on warm dishes. I prefer salad on a nice cooled plate.

What a gem in the heart of Cleveland's Little Italy! Mr. Tarentino has given the dining public a slice of Italian life here in Cleveland. Amazing atmosphere, fabulous food and a very welcoming and gracious host proved the perfect venue for pre-theater dining. And by the way, the eggplant appetizer is incredible!!!!!

Brought a group of out of towners and we had a very nice time, great service, very delish dinner. Most of us had some pasta. One ordered the day's special, a chicken dish, and thought it was very tasty. Wine list was pretty good. Waiter brought a big bowl of fresh strawberries with whipped ricotta cheese to finish our meal. Everyone enjoyed their dinner.

Lovely table for 9 - a perfect square, we could all see each other. It was a bit loud, but that's ok. They were very accommodating of us all, made special drinks for us, brought us out an extra dessert - strawberries with ricotta for free. Service was great, everyone was kind and fun!
