      The Human Resources Division of the City Manager's Office is a public service agency that is located in Cleveland. The division handles employment applications, interviews and other procedures, as well as employee files, health and workers' compensation benefits and employee relations. It also conducts and organizes a variety of staff training sessions on matters related to city services. The City Manager s Office additionally performs a range of civil service functions that includes various classified employees of the police and fire departments with serving as the director of public safety.
