We had an new Amana system installed and kept having problems with it. The people who actually installed finally just left us hanging out to dry because they didn't know what else to do but when we contacted ZAP, they were more than welcome to honor the Amana warranty and had us up going in no time. Therefore, we used them to do another job for us and have been extremely pleased all the way around. Great folks, punctual, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!
