I have had two root canals performed by Dr. Pfister at Upstate Endodontics and highly recommend this practice. The horror stories I had heard about root canals were disproved. Both procedures were pain free and I received excellent care. The practice called to followup after each procedure. Very professional, caring, and efficient.

Just had my first root canal ever and really didn't know what to expect. My experience FAR SURPASSED my expectations! From the first phone to Renee who answered the phone her friendly and outgoing nature told this would not be as bad as I thought.

I arrived today for my appointment and it was less painful than having a tooth filled! Sabrina the assistant was very charming and personable. Dr Pfister has a very warm 'bed side' manner and shared as much information as I wanted about the procedure. He was very gentle and the process was honestly painless! I was hugely surprised that there was no pain.... and overall the experience was exceptional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Dr Pfister and the staff at Advanced Upstate!
