I had a horrible experience at this salon recently. The person who worked on me seemed to be in a rush, and in the process was WAY to rough. It was the most painful and stressful haircut I have ever had. When she washed my hair, her nails hurt my scalp as she ran her finger through my hair. It felt like I was being yanked and pulled all over the place. My hair got caught in her acrylic, and she seemed more concerned that her nail had a crack in it than pulling my hair out. I was relieved to be done with the shampoo. But then when she started to cut my hair, she hit my scalp with every stroke of the comb. And again, I felt like I was being yanked and pulled with much discomfort. I didn't want to create a scene at the salon so I didn't say anything while I was there. I was in disbelief! Angry! And my scalp hurt for a couple of hours! I couldn't go without saying anything. Clearly, this salon will no longer receive our business....

Brad is the bomb. If you want a great haircut ask for him.
