My wife had surgery, our insurance wouldn't pay all of it. Walls sent me a bill for $1000.00. I sent them $100 and they sent me a statement the following month saying that they would turn me over to a collection agency. I sent them another $100. even after accepting my payments they did turn me over to a collection agency. I think that after accepting my payments that they are agreeing to me paying them out. And to cap it all off, I worked for WRH for over 18 years. Mike Woodley
