      I purchased a new car from Walker for 31/2 years ago. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. I got a great deal and I love my Focus Wagon. Regarding service, I have taken both of my Fords there several times. I like the Courtesy Shuttle that can drop me at work and pick me up. I had an intermittent problem with a wiring harness on a truck I purchased in KY, that other Ford dealers said they couldn't fix. Walker Ford managed to track it down; they didn't give me any runaround, even though the truck was under warranty. We've only had one minor problem, where my husband was misguided over the phone regarding getting my new car detailed. When I phoned back to get it straightened out, I mentioned this to the switchboard operator. That day, the owner personally called up and apologized. When we went into pick up my car, the owner came out again and apologized. They take great pride in their sales and service, and I appreciate it.
