Blind people are treated very badly at this facility. They keep all doors to this facility locked at all times - you have to bang on the doors until someone happens to hear you. Library techs do not listen to requests for books and frequently just send out random books, managers refuse to assist when this is pointed out. Want to wait in the waiting room until a manager gets back? NO! Go wait somewhere else. Extremely poor attitude towards the blind and staff that admits that they were never specifically trained to work with the blind.
