      Cumbey & Fair is a full-service civil engineering and land surveying firm that serves public and private sectors clients in west central Florida. Established in 1975, it conducts single-lot, large-acreage, as-built, roadway design, retracement, topographic, hydrographic, jurisdictional and aerial, horizontal and vertical control surveys. The firm offers site development, street design, concrete pavement rehabilitation, milling and resurfacing, and intersection and drainage improvement services. Cumbey & Fair s services also include feasibility studies, water distribution system design, storm water management, scour analysis, mitigation, permitting, contract documentation and bidding. In addition, it utilizes several surface geophyscial techniques and equipment, such as a ground penetrating radar and magnetic and radio detection systems to determine the approximate horizontal location and depths of existing utilities. Cumbey & Fair is located in Clearwater, Fla., and is certified by certified by the Commission of Minority Economic and Business Development as a minority business enterprise.
