I LOVE my car, paperwork went fast! BUT my sales woman told me a few ''perks'' that were NOT true, in the end I felt she was saying whatever to make a sell. THEN she told me I was next to be seen in finance, which took 3 yes 3 hours more! I went in there at 1pm and left just before 5! In the end I love my car and am very happy with MY CAR. The ONLY person who was AWESOME was the Finance guy, he made me laugh after a long stressful wait which says alot for him!

The first time I went there they had approved financing, even though the salesman was a little rude & rushed because his wife was waiting for him in the parking lot, I signed. 3 wks later they called me to come in & sign more paperwork. At that time they told me that I needed more money down, which I could not do. They then took 3 days to refund my down payment & when I came to pick it up the salesman said "that's it, they page me for that? I was with a paying customer." I called Toyota's Cust Exp line & told them, she got me in touch with the dealership again. She was nice so I gave them another chance. This time they tried to put me in a Ford, saying it was the ONLY substantial, solid, sound car on the lot. I told them how much down & payments, he came back with double what I told him down & $70/mth higher in payments than what I told him. When I asked about a less expensive car he refused to show me anything else on the lot & would not pull credit for a co-signer either.
