Our family loves to go to Arigato's in Clearwater we have been coming for years. Not only is the food fresh but it is prepared before your eyes by entertaining chefs. The tables are large--have never left there hungry (and yet to leave without a doggy bag)

Well, it has been nearly a month since we last visited Arigato. For years my family has celebrated events there because my kids absolutely loved the place. Then cam my oldest daughters birthday dinner. There was an 18% gratuity added to the check, the service was poor, the food mediocore. We purchased the birthday package (comes with cake and a photo) and then they couldn't print the photo. I called to complain at the store a few days later and spoke with a manager who hadn't been on duty that night. She promised to have the other person call, but surprisingly I never got a return phone call. Then I tried their corporate office. The person I needed to speak with wasn't in, but she did leave me a return voice mail. I have tried for several weeks to get her on the phone, but she is never in, or is on vacation and has not returned a single message. So if you too would like to waste $120 on dinner for 4, well, best of luck to you.

Not able to accomdate a party of 12!

My parents 50th wedding anniversary is on June 29th and I called Arigato's to see if they had seating to fit all of us. My in-laws are flying in from Texas to be there and having a few friends of my parents from over the last 50 years be there. Well, I was told by Dale, jr! That he had to split us up into two different tables and probably would have people that we didnt know sitting at the same tables as us. Now normally, I would not have a problem with that. However, it is a 50th WeDDING ANNIVERSARY!! We do not want strangers sitting with us. Arigato's as we all know costs around $25.00-$30.00 per plate x 12 to 14 people they just lost around 500.00 plus the tip!

I currently run a restaurant and although much smaller. I have gone out of my way to make people happy. This guy didnt even offer a solution! He was so bland in how he handled this phone call that I was shocked!

I love Arigato's and have been going there since 1976 at their origional restaurant on US19 and Coachman Rd. NEVER AgAIN! You have lost our business.

If I ran that restaurant I would have found a way to make it happen. In todays economy I would have grabbed that $500 bucks and made it the best night ever for people. Well, JR. your name ends with JR in your case because you have yet to grow up!

Good Luck!
