Had a reservation for 10 to celebrate a graduation. Arrived at restaurant only to find that our table wasn't ready, but had to wait 30 additional minutes to be seated. When I asked to speak with the manager, he walked passed us many times without any acknowledgement. Once we were directed to our table, the manager Todd Ryan approached me and asked "What was my issue?" Then he begin to yell at me and told me we didn't have to wait, we could have left. We did leave but not before speaking with the assistant GM Rosemary, who listened half heartily to our complain. Took my info down and said she would get with the GM and advised me to write a complaint to some generic email. Info@Shephards.com. My letter was written in great detail on May 17th. To date there has been no response from Rosemary or anyone else from Shephard's. I would never eat here again, after 10 years of support. This new management and staff is horrible.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and decent prices... Who could ask for anything more?

me and my friend OMAR, came to shepards from a long drive from orlando. we heard this pace is good so we decided to check it out. The moment we stepped in the line, we noticed one of the security guys at the door looking at OMAR funny. We approached the guy and said "can we help u?" the bouncer said back off and let me see ur ID'S.....so we gave it to him and he let us in....here comes the story..... (this is the FAT GUY).







after an hour into the club, we had several drinks and obviously a little tipsy. We maintained our cool the entire time....so some girl came up to us and starting shaking her booty on us, and the fat guy noticed it. .. he approached my friend OMAR, and put his hand on his shoulder and told him to BACK OFF, that it is his g/f and not to dance with her again. Then i stepped in and told him not to touch my friend again and then he called him a terrorirst/shoebomber......all types of names. after approaching the girl, she said she doesnt even know the guy!!!!!!!!



i wanted to stick the guy so bad in the mouth but he grabbed me because of his fatness and carried us out.

I mean im a skinny guy guys, but i can fight u know?

so i didnt wana have any problems and just left.





so much for being fat.
