I have been shopping at baby baby for about 17 years with all 3 of my children and have not had any unreasonable experience with shopping, availability prices or services with the owner. All my wants and needs have been met wonderfully at baby baby. She has name brand items and the prices are great.
this woman who owns this store is a thief, scammer and a liar. My items were accepted as sellable and in very good condition by her sales helper Anthony. She priced a bassinet at 100.00 which was to be ready no later than lst of march, which is was not, more than two weeks later, she presented a bassinet that was not what we had ordered, it was unsuitable, plus she wanted to charge more money then the agreed price. Not willing to return our down payment she said a store credit would be given, never indicating when it should be used. She also repeatedly told me that she was behind in tagging and pricing and could not give me a credit on my items yet (told this over and over at least 3-4 times) finally I asked for my items back and she told me they were discarded, and Anthony had tried calling, which is a bold face lie. They took my property and sold it and are refusing to honor the credit. Plus she refused to honor the credit for the down payment of 60.00, stating it had been to long and the card was archived. What the heck does this mean? That she can take personal property, tell you they were thrown out, and not make any attempt to return them. Plus why would you accept them in the first place? Your helper clearly said they were, you took your sweet time with pricing them, refused to return them and now they were thrown out? And just what give you the right to keep our money? This kind of customer service stinks and as a matter of fact your professinal ethics do to.La Donna Hart, heartless if she is crossed(Dee) . When she owes you the tables are turned, as long as your spending your money she is and will be your best friend. A friend indeed, NOT BABY BABY your a rip off and one of the most dishonest business owners I have EVER encountered. You lie so much I think all that oxygen is affecting your brain and its memory.
