Services As Dayton’s oldest firm, we have the ability to provide the services you need. At Charlene Nicholas & Associates, LLC, we offer a wide range of services. Our Services Include: Court Reporting Video Services Depositions and Court Depositions/Video-sync Arbitrations and Hearings Editing Medical / Technical Specialists Day-in-the-Life Videography Real-Time Reporting Site Condition Videos Electronic Transcripts Wills Subpoena Service VHS or DVD Format Hard-Copy Transcripts You may order a hard copy, certified transcript and / or a condensed transcript with key-word indexing. Electronic Transcripts With electronic delivery, you may view your transcript right on your computer or mobile device. You may also print a full-sized transcript, a condensed transcript or a key-word index. Electronic files may also be saved or printed in PDF format. Real-Time Translation Have the transcript sent directly to your laptop for viewing at the deposition. Conference Rooms We will be happy to arrange a conference room for you in various locations in and around Dayton and Montgomery County. Videography Our in-house videographers are highly trained and have many years of local television and video experience. They can provide videography services for depositions, video-sync depositions, day-in-the-life recordings, wills, site-condition videos, video editing and more. Videos can be provided in VHS or DVD format. Transcript Delivery Transcript delivery is when you need it – regular turnaround time, expedited or overnight. Rough drafts are also available. Subpoena Service Our process servers will deliver deposition subpoenas that you have prepared, or that we prepare for you. Coverage Area Our regular coverage area encompasses a wide range in and around Dayton, Ohio, Montgomery County and the Miami Valley. We will also cover depositions in and around the cities of Cincinnati, Columbus and Springfield, and in the counties of Greene, Warren, Hamilton, Butler, Clark, Shelby, Miami, Darke, Champaign, Madison, Clinton, Allen, Logan and Auglaize.
