I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO AVOID JACOB MATHIS AT THE KENNEDY LAW FIRM. HE TOOK OUR MONEY AND LAID DOWN LIKE A LAZY COWARDLY DOG THAT WOULDN'T DEFEND US. JACOB MATHIS DID NOT GIVE US PROPER ADVICE, HE TOOK OUR EVIDENCE AND JUST FILED IT AWAY IN HIS FOLDER, DIDN'T USE ANY OF OUR EVIDENCE IN COURT, DIDN'T OBJECT TO ANYTHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN OBJECTED TO, AND LET THE OTHER ATTORNEY HAVE FREE REIN OVER THE WHOLE COURT PROCEEDINGS. HE GETS A MAJOR "F" I CANT STATE STRONGLY ENOUGH DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.

I can't speak for the entire Kennedy Law Firm but my wife hired this guy to do a simple uncontested divorce. He totally botched the parenting plan so bad that I had to hire a real attorney to draw up a new one. Then after it was sent to him, he lost it. So my attorney sent another one. Finally a month later he received it and had her sign it. He said he was sending the signed parenting plan to my attorney. A week and a half later my attorney still had not received it. So basically what should haven taken 3 weeks has taken 3 months and still is not done.
