We worked with Shelly Holladay and the Remax Staff for 7 years in 2 rentals and they are beyond the best rental management company, Even when owners of properties are horrible n cheap, So glad we have moved into the buying process now with Shelly n Remax, can't imagine working with any other Realtor or Company, George n Scott are always Fair n respectful the girls in the office are awesome n friendly and maintenance staff is knowledgeable n timely n courteous n respectful

Never again will I rent through this company. When we went into pay the pet deposit they had completely screwed us over and changed it to something we had not agreed upon (thouroughly read your lease they don't care about you). Then when we contacted them about issues with our house we got nothing but complete attitude. It takes them well over a week to get into contact with the owners, who knows if they actually call. Then I got told I needed to stop calling when I had been trying to get into contact with them for days about issues with our house. Go through a different agency, one where you'll actually be in contact with the owner.

My home is now a money pit after I left it in precession of Glenda Johnson and Scott from Remax NorthStar. I paid them to manage my property which all they did was collect the money and not make sure the home was maintained or make sure the tenants were taking care of the property. After trying to take back possession of my home after 5 years they had all the excuses of why I could get in the home or get in contact with the tenant. I ended up renting a home from remax north star until we could move back into our own at the end of our tenants lease due to my property mangers error. The home we moved into was not being maintained and I called about several repairs and which took months of repeated phone calls to get the list even touched on. Our home which was in a devastating shape due to the tenants and the lack of property management. They didn't not give us the deposit from our tenants.they had broke several rules listed in our lease.

We moved here from Alaska this past spring. Prior to moving we got into contact with Doug Myers at this office. He continuously updated us on homes that fit our criteria. He met with us the week we arrived, showed us everything we wanted to see and ended up with a beautiful home that fits our family perfectly. It was our first time buying and everything went smoothly.

My husband and I are interested in buying a home. A week ago today, I contacted a Re/Max Northstar realtor by the name of Kevin Toon. He asked me some questions about what we were looking for and our max price. He then offered to send me an email with matches. The email he sent contained ONLY houses that were above our max price. I then emailed him back stating that I would actually be interested in seeing one of the higher priced homes he linked, as well as another house I had found on my own (in our price range) on the same street. I asked him if he could set up a showing of each. Since then, I haven't heard a single word back from him or his office.
