CD Grafix have the most unprofessional/unorganized owners in my 20 years of experience I have ever dealt with. I am truly puzzle as to how they can keep customers. over 4 weeks ago I had to find a different shirt supplier for my business because my supplier closed. I called, then visited the office of CD Grafix ,met both owners, and supplied them with requested artwork/logo. we agreed on price and quantity the same day. they informed me they would be leaving for vacation, but after they come back the shirts would be ready fairly quickly. I called them at the end of the week they were back to check on progress. I was told the shirts will be in any day and that we need to approve the artwork (which we did the same day}. I called a few more times (usually once a week) and got a few more reasons the shirt weren't ready. And all this time I was not upset or rushing them, I am an owner too and I completely understand how sometimes things run a little longer. After a month I am realizing that me being very patient a courteous is not getting my shirts, that by now, I desperately need. I called one evening and left a message for them to please call me and expressing my desperation of needing these shirts within the next day or two. The next late afternoon I called them (because they had not bothered to contact me) and again I get an excuse as to why the shirts are not ready. I just cant keep waiting for these shirts that should have been done weeks ago, so I start explained to the owner why I cant wait another week or two she cut me off to tell me they would rather not take our business .

The people are wonderful to work with and do top notch work. Prices are the best in town.
