i would urge the management to train their employees to be polite and courteous to customers! Yelling or talking sharply to a customer especially someone three times their age is not a good idea! If you don't want a customer to walk into the warehouse to look at the merchandise put up a sign that says so. Don't encourage customers to leave by allowing your "safety guy" to yell at the customer about their rules. A soft voice a smile and a "Sir I am so sorry but management doesn't allow customers to walk into the warehouse" is so much better! A 23 year old met addict , rotten teeth is a dead give away, and a obese harsh 19 year old barking at a 60 something is not inspiring. This is last time I will come to your store. Courteous polite behavior and a helpful attitude is always in fashion rudeness and met fueled employees is not!
