Under new management and staff. Very professional on how they treat their clients and making sure the salon is clean for their clients during this time!

I don't know what was up with this girl(Debbie ) maybe she was high or she didn't want to be there . I want in to have four foil highlights put in my hair and a eye brow wax. i should of left when she was combing my hair after shampoo she was anything but gentle. then this woman left me under a dryer and went to smoke a cigarette,Really? When she finish rinsing out my foils she did my eye brows. She was gentle there either and waxed on eye brow 3 times. When I went back to the chair to be blow dryed i was faced away from the mirrior and didn't get to look at the mirrior till I was dryed and styled all the while I got to hear about her tragic life and about her boyfriend and husband. Later after i got home my boyfriend ask why i had orange hair so i ran and look in th mirrior and sure enough I had splotches of orange hair. When i called to complain she refuse to anything about and told me to go ahead and try and call her boss she would just lie. Apparently Smarstyles doesn't value customers. Do not go to this salon.

this is a really bad salon. I was in there friday morning and had my hair done by Debbie. I have really long hair, like to my bottom and so did she so I thought I was safe. I was very wrong. I walk out with my hair 5 inches shorter and very uneven. She was only suppose take off 1/2 inch, a trim. She also took a smoke break about half way through. This is a very bad salon and people beware.
