Be darn sure that you don't need to return anything. I bought more than $200 worth of stuff for my wedding and my fiance got cold feet and canceled the wedding. They won't take anythign back, even with receipts and tags still on the merchandise. I'd never shop there again just based on this and their prices are high.

We walked into the store excited at having read the very positive online reviews. There were two staff standing in the office who both looked at me when I walked in. There were many racks of lovely bras, panties, etc. There was a display counter filled with jewelry that ranged from really sophisticated to extremely trashy. I walked up to the counter and waited. And waited. More than 5 minutes passed. The two staff members looked at me and my mother several times, frowned, and finally closed the office door.There was no attempt to wait on us. Their body language and attitude, which had been very friendly for the white customer ahead of us, became obviously negative when they saw us. My mother and I left when they shut the office door. I cannot recommend a store that has such rude and disrespectful staff. In the past, we have shopped in the bridal district and received excellent service. I would give this store zero stars if possible.
