Since 1997, we have been Cincinnati's largest exclusively private fitness center. Owned and operated by a Physical Therapy professional, all programs are customized to medical conditions and abilities. Most of our clientele are 40 and over, have the aches and pains of aging, and are trying to get back into better shape. Our programs are medically approved by a large variety of doctors and other professionals. Our facility is super clean, and has a non-intimidating environment because you will not see the crowds you have in mainstream gyms. We are awesome.
