HORRIBLE customer service . I am pregnant with two hernias and sciatica ; when I arrived to this once upon a child today to donate three very large bins of young boys clothes I was appauled with the service I recieved. I carried in one if the bins , as I set it down I noticed all four emoloyees behind thr counter . Yet none of them noticed me for sbout 4 minutes. When I finally had their attention I asked if someone could come help me carry in the other bins that are over the weight limit I can carry. The only response I got was akward looks back and forth from the employees. One even laughed . Finally one if them volunteered the other who made it very clear she was unhappy . If they dislike their job so much there are far more compassionate peopke willing to take it . VERY unhappy with the service . And I will NOT return . They are lucky to recieve even one star from me.
