Being a VW owner for over 30 years I am a little concerned that the new Americanized VW's have taken some of the WOW factor out of owning a VW. I know they are lowering the cost to make them more affordable but other car companies are keeping there cost down without removing amenities. They may be small things but they add up to create that WOW feel. I needed a new car and the Passat is a very comfortable, solid feeling car but there is just no WOW feel. You use to be able to spot a VW in a crowed but now they look like most of the cars on the road.

The staff at Northland Service is great. They took great car of me and my Eos - love my new handsfree. They also made a great recommendation on the extreme contact tires so I'm ready for whatever winter brings.

The service department at Northland is top-notch! They always explain what they're going to do - and check with me if they find additional problems. Then they do the work promptly. And while they aren't cheap, I always feel as if I've been given good value I've been going to them since 2003 and have never had the desire to find another garage, something that can't be said for my experience with other cars I've owned over the years.

Jerry Nablerhaus is great. He was very professional and supportive of my disappointment with Volkswagon for not shouldering more of the cost for a defective fuel line. They only agreed to pay for the parts not labor. This cost me an additional $400.00. If they want me to continue to purchase their vehicles, then they need to be more flexible on the warranty. When it clear that a part is defective, then they should want to fix it to avoid adverse comments about their vehicles. As far as the service is concerned no complaints, they always do an excellent job.
