I had my taxes done here worst idea ever. It took him four hours to do my taxes and I'm a single woman. Don't get me wrong he was polite. What I'm upset about is Jackson Hewitt apparently holds state income tax for your fees. The issue is they already take it out of your federal. I was told they would send me my state refund in the mail by check. Miss informed. Yes. They took my state refund and deposited into there account. I was never told they were doing this. I didn't find out till I was checking on my refund. I called location to found out why they did this. All they could say is this is how we do things. I even called corporate they said the same thing. I called the state they said it is illegal. I just want everyone to beware of this company. I personal believe there is sum funny business going on here. So now I've paid there fees, which was a hefty amount. Now there keeping my state refund as we'll. Beware everyone.
