I have not received my newspaper all this week and 4 days last week. I have contacted the enquirer several times and the have not corrected the problem. This is not the first time this has happened, I have cancelled my subscription in the past because of this delivery issue. I received a call from a rep on Tuesday and asked if my paper was being delivered and I told him my problem. I have tried to contact him on more than 1 occasion but only get voice mail and no return call. The never miss taking their payment from my bank account but don't deliver on their services. This could be a criminal offense.!
to the editor of the paper i have tried for 2 months to stop the paper and still get every sunday now some one is looseing money so please S T O P the paper.
The newspaper is getting thinner and thinner every year. It is full of ads and very little news. If you are considering home dellivery it is spotty at best. I WOULD NOT recommend a subscription to this paper. Go to Starbucks and read it free if you must.
