      General Info
      Founded in 2004, Embers is an American steakhouse with a selection of seafood and sushi. It was named as one of the Top 25 Cincinnati Restaurants by Cincinnati Magazine in the years 2005 and 2006. The restaurant s menu includes rotisserie chicken spring rolls, smoked salmon, beef satay, seared mini crab cakes, pan-seared sea scallops, shrimp cocktail and Alaskan king crab legs. It also serves pork chops, lobster tails, cowboy steaks, baby back ribs, chicken pot pies, beef short ribs, kobe beef filet mignon and veal chops. Located in Cincinnati, Embers additionally prepares Asian-style Chilean sea bass, pan-seared ahi tuna, grilled salmon, sea scallops and pan-fried rainbow trout. It has two private dining rooms, each of which accommodates a gathering of up to 50 people. The restaurant actively participates with The Marvin Lewis Community Fund, The Leukemia Society and the Epilepsy Center at the Neuroscience Institute.
