Worse Experience Ever DO NOT USE if you value your time and your money!!! Was directed to use Commercial Parts and Service by fryer manufacturer because my fryer was just over 1 year old and they were their authorized repair company. Was told I would be charged $120 first hour and $90/hr there after over the phone. Service guy showed up in UNMARKED van, looked at my fryer for less than 30 min. Said he needed to order a part and would call me in a couple days. He left me no business card and no paperwork. 1 week later I CALLED him only to find out he did NOT order the part. He'd been "meaning to call me" - Now I needed 2 parts and the parts alone would come to more than $1200. I didn't pay that much for the fryer. I called the manufacturer and was told that none of their parts costs what the Commercial Parts and Service was saying they costs. Manufacturer called me back several times saying they needed to talk to Commercial Parts and Service and couldn't get a hold of them. I eventually called the company I purchased the fryer from. They fixed my fryer in 30 minutes and neither part Commercial Parts and Service needed to be replaced was even broken!!! Then over a month after Commercial Parts and Service came to my restaurant they charged me $210 for their ridiculous service call. Said they charge $120 just to come to my door. That it doesn't include any service. RIDICULOUS!!

I tried Commercial Parts and Service on Monday November 8th and received my parts on Wednesday, November 10th. The service was quick and accurate, and the price was lower than anyone I found online. As a bonus, I actually received an email written by a real person from a company that has office hours and phone numbers! I highly recommend Commercial Parts & Service to anyone who wants fast friendly service at a low price!
