I recently hired Cin-Tel for a Transcript. They gave a vague quote on the price after numerous calls then the price was double of what I expected.



The reporter was friendly but lost the e-mail address of the parties that the transcripts should be sent to. It did not arrive in the agreed 10 day period.



Cin-Tel not only charged us for the transcript and a copy but then also charged the other party involved in the hearing for the same copy a 2nd time.



The owner was very rude told me I could report my dis-satisfaction with whomever I wanted then hung up on me.



Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
