Syracuse Energy Systems has been servicing my furnace and heating needs for several years now. I find them to be prompt to reply to any service call I've had, and trustworthy in their opinion as to what needs to be done. My system is a bit antiquated and convoluted (lots of different "zones" in the house). Tom has never seemed intimidated by it and always knows just what to do to get us up and running again promptly. I would highly recommend Syracuse Energy Systems.

My furnace stop working. I was told to call Syracuse energy systems. I called them and Jessica was very pleasant as well as concerned. Was not expecting them to come out the same day but they came to my house within a short time. The technician fixed it and showed what went wrong and how to prevent this from happening. We will always use SES and have recommended them to our friends and family.

Just got done with Tom a few minutes ago. Exceptionally professional and very polite. My circuit breaker was tripped but he spent well over an hour cleaning and checking to see that all was well as my daughter, son-in-law & grandbabies live with me. My furnance is close to 30 years old and he understood that a replacement is not in my budget. I was impressed that he included me as he was checking and cleaning and explained everything to me. Very honest. Turns out, I just paid for the time he spent checking & cleaning since at this time, he said not repairs. Also made recommendations for the future. Gave me instructions on what to do if it happenes again so I can try to advoid a service call in the future. I am a review reader and now I know why Tom & Syracuse Energy are so highly rated. Used other companies in the past, got a new sticker to cover up the old person, won't go back. Thanks, Tom!

Syr Energy sys came today for their annual checkup from their original installation of both heating and A/C completed a year ago. As with the original installation, the technician was on time. He serviced the furnance and volunteered to return later to install the humidifier filter when convenient. They will hear from me again next year. RPA

During the winter season, my house tends to get a bit chilly. I called Syracuse Energy Systems for preventative furnace maintenance. They were prompt to the scheduled time, and did good work. They cleaned out my furnace and replaced faulty parts. I'm not worried about a chill this year. Syracuse Energy Systems did good work, and I'm happy that I called them.

I heard about SES through a friend and have yet to be disappointed. They are very courteous and honest and go out of their way to make you happy and answer all of your questions. Both of the Tom's are incredible. I see one of them at my work in Dewitt periodically so I know they are being well utilized by others as well.

Having SES install my Bryant Furnace and A/C coil several years ago, I called Tom Jean late last fall to get a quote on a A/C Condenser, a Condenser was then installed in Feb and put in operating condition in May. However, the tech was not satisfied with the position the Condenser was placed and called Tom, who in turn came out a few days later and corrected the placement to my satisfaction. D. W., Cicero, NY

It's rare for me to give a five-star rating. It's even more rare for me to refer someone (friend or stranger) to a salesperson or business. I wholeheartedly do so now! I didn't need a new furnace or central air conditioning system the first time I called Tom Jean at Syracuse Energy Systems. It was winter, it was below zero, and the furnace in the old house we moved into decided to quit. My wife was a stay-at-home mom with our two daughters at the time. A friend recommended Tom and I quickly gave him a call. He adjusted his schedule and restored our furnace that same day! He bailed us out again a few years later so it shouldn't surprise you to learn that we called him to install our air conditioning the following spring! We've been doing business with Tom for over ten years now; we just replaced our old furnace and added an air purifier to boot! Tom gave us the information and professional advice we needed to make a confident decision. I give five stars only because I can't click six!

Affordable and trustworthy repairs. I have been using this firm for repairs/yearly routine service for my furnace/AC since 2002 and have been very pleased. Although, I must point out that for my past couple of appointments, I had to call twice, as my call call was not returned within 48 hours. However, this has not deterred me from using Syracuse Energy Systems, but this is the reason for my 4 star vs 5 star rating.

We moved to the area last year and needed to have someone service the furnace and AC system in the house we purchased. Fortunately, we found Syracuse Energy Systems. They were prompt in responding to our phone message and were able to set up the service call in a timely manner. The technician was very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also walked us through some of the things we could do to better balance the air flow throughout the house. We plan to repalce the furnace in the next year and Syracuse Energy Systems will be on the top of our list of companies to contact for this.

We have tried different heating companies in the past and kept having the same problem over and over. Just one visit by Syracuse Energy Systems solved the problem and we have had them service our furnace and a/c ever since and never had a problem! I would recommend them to everyone! . I have never had to wait long for an appointment and they have always been very honest with me.
