Long story short. They had my car for a while, they never touched it. Never called back after I would call to see what was going on. I picked it up to take it somewhere else. They tried charging me for not doing anything to my car. When I told the guy I wanted my car and saw I was pretty mad. He went and got my key and I left. I did find napkins in the car though, glad they used my car to get lunch.

I purchased a DealFind coupon for an oil change at this facility. The facility was clean and the personnel was very professional. My only criticism is that it took about 2 hours to get the oil change; otherwise this is an excellent place for service.

I was referred to this shop by a relative when my Transmission went out they did an excellent job and at a good price I received a year nation wide warrantee I would of liked a 3yr but that was extra,it's family owned business for 31 yrs they have 2 locations ,good service dropped me off & picked me up when ready . I do recommend TRANS- O-MEX for all auto repairs .

I was nervous having to choose a repair shop when i started having transmission problems. My room mate said her dad always takes her car here so I decided to go there. Best decision ever. Mario the service advisor spoke so clearly when he explained my options that I actually understood everything he was talking about. He sat me down and showed me in detail what was going to be done and clearly explained my warranty options. I really felt so comfortable with the overall experience. Thanks team transomex. All I needed was an oil change, but they stillgave me a ride to work and I couldnt pick it up so they dropped off the car at my office. really cool people work there and the place is very clean and I take my mom there too now to get her oil change, thanks roger for the great service.

Excellent auto shop, prices were great but I especially liked that I had an ASE master tech doing my brakes. I really felt well taken care of. They topped off all my fluids and washed my car before I arrived. They also gave me a free oil change voucher for my next visit. The shop is super clean and very modern,I recommend my whole family there now.

I finally found a great shop that I feel comfortable taking my BMW too. They were very professional, and the shop is immaculate. The service was great, once I dropped it off they gave me a ride home and they picked me up when it was ready. To my surprise they also washed my car. Top notch service. Thanks guys.

I took my car there becouse I canged the battery on my car. After I changed it, the transmission the started making hard shift changes on third gear. I thought if anybody knows how to fix it is this people. They've oppened so many thousands of transmissions.

They knew the problem started right after I disconnected the battery. They knew the transmission has to relearn after you either change the transmission oil, rebuild the transmission or you take off the battery off. I told them how it happened. The transmission oil looks dirty & smells burned when it burns. MINE DIDN'T



They gave me a wrong diagnostic of a bad transmission. I trusted them. they pulled it down rebuild it. They charged me $2100.00 after they put it back together they told me it needed $450.00 more than the original price. I told my wife you know this a holes did all that work & didn't fix it .... now they need $450.00 more to find the real problem.

So I get on my car go see it .... the truck was outside. I demanded a ride to see what it was doing & I was right.

So they had to take it to the dealer to get a RELEARN on the computer wich cost them $112.00

If they do this with 50 people..... they steel more than $100,000.00 They should put this people in Jail.

If anybody goes to a bank & Robs $2100.00 they would go to jail for a couple of years.

They should close this business & put this people in jail.They are CON ARTISTS.



Two days latter I found out they gave me the Truck without a single drop of ANTIFREZE. I found out becouse my heater wasn't working.

They do this to keep you coming back. Then you'll need a new engine.

I had been to a few other transmission shops in the area including Aamco and all three shops tols me the same thisn that I nneded a rebuilt transmission. I was then recommended by a relative to take it to Trans-O-Mex he had a great experience before. I went there ready to rebuild the transmission, when they finished the inspection they said it only needed some sensors. I agreed to the repairs and since the sensor was a special order the loaned me a car for free while they fixed my car. The next day they called me and said it was ready. I was a little skeptical at first but when I arrived my car was washed and ready to go. I test drove the car and it worked great. I have recommended many people since then and have gone back for all my maintenance on both my cars. They have excellent customer service and great warranties. I easily saved over $1,500 for the repairs on my car.

QUOTED PRICE WAS GUARANTEED BETWEEN $1,000. TO REBUILD AND AN ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM OF $1,500. IF THE TRANS WAS TOTALLY CASHED. I WENT TO PICK UP AND TALKED TO SALESMAN ASKED WHAT THEY FOUIND WRONG WITH TRANSMISSION HE INDICATED IT WAS NORMAL WEAR. I ASKED WHY THEY WERE CHARGING ME THE MAXIMUM OF THE ESTIMATE AND HE SAID THAT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS A UNIQUE SITUATION. I INFORMED HIM THAT HE HAS SAID IT WAS IT WOULD BE CLOSE TO $1,000. IN SUCH A CASE. HE SAID THAT IS WHAT THE CHARGES WERE $1,516. AND THATS WHAT I HAVE TO PAY TO GET MY 99 DAKOTA BACK. I PAID THE PRICE IN CASH AND LEFT I HAD TO RETURN AFTER TRAVELLING ONLY 1 MILE BECAUSE IT WASN'T SHIFTING CORRECTLY, THEY SAID THEY WERE CLOSING I WOULD HAVE TO BRING IT BACK ANOTHER DAY CLOSING THEY MADE ADJUSTMENTS AND IT NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY AND THEY SAID IT WASN'T RELATED TO WORK THEY HAD DONE, EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY PERFORMED A REBUILD. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN GARAGED EVER SINCE DUE TO THE TRANSMISSION AND TRANS LEAKAGE.

Really bad place they will just rip you off
