VERY rude staff... Very disrespectful towards individuals WITH DISABILITIES!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

They are incredibly rude and when I took my daughter back in and asked them to fix the horrible fill in they did, they waited until she got in the seat and then brought other employees to intimidate her, asking her if she had ever had her nails done before, because that would explain why she didn't think it was a good job. Horrible.

I gave a one star rating because of the crappy service, horrible manners, fluctuating prices, and overall unwelcoming atmosphere. I have visited nail trix to get fills on my acrylics a few times and the only good thing I have to say is the prices are decent. Besides that, not only are the manners and customer service of the owner appalling but so are those of her employees who seem to think their job is a burden and treat every customers as if they shouldn't be there. To give two examples, the last time (which happened to be today) I was there to get a fill done, the owner cut open the side of my finger with one of the drills used to file acrylics down. Not only did she try to cover it up by cutting off the hanging skin and wiping up the blood, she did not clean the utensil afterwards, and I know my blood got on there. The dirtiness level is astounding for a place that you should feel safe from getting bacterial infections from unclean tools. I never got an apology for the damage she did to my finger either. Example two happened to my friend who was also with me today. She had been there two weeks prior and got the same gel manicure with designs on two fingers. However, today the prices was 7 dollars higher and when she asked the owners daughter why, she was brushed off and ignored. So when she went and asked the older woman, the was directed towards a well concealed sign under one of the stools that described her designs as "elaborate" and therefore more expensive even though she never asked for anything special and they were the same she got last time. The rude and abrasive attitudes of these employees is completely unacceptable and frankly unprofessional. I don't think it is too much to ask to be treated with some amount of respect considering it is their livelihood and based on the satisfaction of their customers. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was an awkward and uncomfortable 25 minutes and I will never be returning.

Best Nail salon in town, you really get what you pay for. highly recommended

Came in for my eyebrows and i can honestly say this is the best place to get them waxed, the woman who did it is amazing. they are always busy so that is a good sign that they have a great business going.

My first time coming into this nail salon and i would have to say this place is AWESOME! the guy that did my nails was extremely friendly and knowledgable of his work. Best place to get your nails done in the cburg/bburg area. Definitely go here!

My friends and i came in for mani/pedis and i would have to say this place is amazingly friendly! the people there are very helpful as well as professional. very clean and a lot of colors to chose from. i will definitely be coming back to this salon, you should too!

I went to Nail Trix to recieve a manicaure and a pedicure for my self and my niece. We both needed a pedicure to soften our feet but even more than that it was to pamper ourselves. We both have had a ruff ffew months. However upon arriving we didnt even recieve a smile or a look in our eyes to invite us nor even a word. The guy was working on another customer so I gave the benefit on that moment. However after runnning the water for our pedicure he was on the phone, passed us just standing there four times until I asked are we to sit down now, at that time I got a nod towards the chairs. We sat down when the two gentlemen sat to begin there was no eye contact or friendliness, I engaged trying but nothing to even acknowldge I was speaking. The whole visit was an insult. Then I paid without a tip, although I felt guilty but there was no customer service to tip. That evening my feet were still not soft byany means and my nail beds are ruff. $80 for what I am asking, mistreatment?
