Wow. It saddens me to be the first to write a review and had someone informed me of this place before I moved in, we never would have stopped here. Red flags started from day one but it's all hindsight so I just want to help the rest of the world avoid this trailer park.



Upon moving in we discovered the dishwasher didn't work, the AC was out, toilets didn't work and the screens were knocked off the windows. "I'll fix it tomorrow" becomes the battle cry for this loser. It took a month to get the AC fixed which was terrible because it was 100* out and we couldn't open the windows because "I don't put screen on because people leave the windows up and it rains" even though this is the only house missing the screens. Dishwasher is still not fixed and its been 3 years. The heat went out over 2 months ago and the bill doubled because I was told to "Switch it to emergency heat" so obviously the bill tripled. When I complained about the bill he said "The electric company can charge anything they want to and its their fault." I asked several neighbors and it is the same story for everyone and I was surprised to learn how many were also using space heaters because he wont fix the heat. Then despite the fact that each year the heat doesn't work and then the AC doesn't work he provides dispenses the blame with another lame excuse. I'm not even sure how many times he said our house got struck by lightning, 3 I suppose. Last year he blamed the AC not working on someone hitting the heat pump with a mower... except its all dirt behind the house and I don't even have a mower. When the bathroom wall containing the pipes for the shower fell in, rather than repair the leak and fix the wall he had a piece of plastic glued over-top of it that fell down soon after installation.



After living in the area for a few years its fairly clear the locals all agree he is a person of the lowest standards and an outright liar.
