Why choose Insightful Images? I have chosen to combine my talent for photography with my ability to understand people in order to provide the New River Valley an affordable photography option. My desire is to help individuals and families capture important moments in time so they can be cherished for years to come. Whether you want to capture your relationship, pregnancy, newborn, children, or entire family; I can provide a comfortable, relaxed environment conducive to producing the images that best represent your personality. How does this work? Once you contact me, we will schedule a time and date for your session at the location of your choice in the New River Valley. If you don't have a location in mind, we will work together to find a site that fits everyone's personality the best. During the session, I will shoot a combination of candid and posed images depending on your needs. I will edit a selection of the best images from the session and within a couple days provide a few "preview" images on my website for you to look at. Within a couple weeks, the rest of your edited images will be available for proofing on my website. The images will remain on the website for one month, during which time you will be able to choose from a variety of purchasing options including packages, individual prints, high-resolution DVDs, and digital downloads.

When looking for someone to take professional pictures who is easy to work with and loves what they do, look no further. Katie took a number of amazing pictures of my wife and I. The vivid clarity and creativity really stand out in Katie's pictures. We received all the perfected pictures on a CD in a quick turn around time. This was the best professional photography experience that I have ever had. She met us at our location, took all the pictures we wanted (and some that we didn't think of), and got us the pictures in an extremely reasonable time. Her pricing was pretty good too. I recommend Katie to all my friends.
