One Plus One Dumpling House

Small family owned restaurant with great food. We ordered a lamp with cumin, and a traditional shredded pork with dried tofu strips. They gave a complimentary steamed dumpling. All three dishes were well prepared. Sign says "among 100 best restaurants in the US". My first visit seems to substantiate that. Definitely will go there again to try their other items. If they do so well with the dishes we ordered, we are confident their other dishes will be great. Service was excellent, and there is ample parking. We also ordered an appetizer of pan cake with scallions. It did not have enough scallions...to accommodate the palates of non-Chinese. Pity. Will provide another updated report after our next visit. The restaurant is 23 miles from where I live...but worth the drive.
