I don't know how they have 4-5 stars on google, but I definitely agree with their rating on here. I always end up disappointed with the quality of their items, especially when I spend 50 dollars there just to have to go back to return another broken disc, or when I pay CIB ebay price for a game with a bad resurfacing job and is missing its manual. The employees seem indifferent to this, but usually try to work with you when you have problems. However, it becomes grating when it's the same issue I have every time I go there. So, It feels redundant to even go there when I can get better service on ebay or at a pawn shop.

this is one place that i don't feel like i'm getting rip'd off.to me i feel like this is the place unlike game stop or game on but there is one thing that could be changed like do a discount around the Christmas and if you buy a console and you get a 10% off any games you get that day you buy it and you will not get that any were else so this place gets my vote

The thing that sucks they was supposed to be close at 9 and then I go there at eight and i call they pick up the phone and they just stare at it and then not answer especially when you're actually calling to see about games and they just ignore you so it's a terrible place to go to I wouldn't recommend it

They've sold me games that don't work many times. Their service is horrid. I walked in last night and waited 11 minutes. I timed it. He sat there in the chair playing minecraft. He always try's to rip me off. He short and fat and annoying. He gave me $11in store credit for FOUR games. The other dude never does that. It's pathetic. They've lost a customer. I called to ask who the manger was ad he picked up ad I ask and asked. He said he owned the store. I find that very hard to believe. Then he calls me back and won't let me alone. It's a horrible place. Horrible service. He kept getting back on his Xbox while I was trying to check out too. It's horrible.

Don't ever go here the dude will rip u off in a heart beat he cheats people on things that doesn't work and does not make it right or take it back so your stuck with it and you lost your money sooooo DON'T go to GAME SMART they are a rip off
