CLEANEST SMOKE SHOP IN CHICO

Bought herbalizer vaporizer today can't wait to try it..customer service was excellent..he explained everything that i need to know about vaporizer he was very helpful....

really nice & clean shop i ever seen... they have really great prices on pretty much every thing & great customer service....they do provide u a copy of ur receipt if u ask for it..

I bought a GGG 3-n-1 from these guys a day or two ago. The dry tabacco part taken right out of the box didn't even work so he gave me one of the same kind of of piece, from the same kind of pen. That worked in the store, BUT when I got to my home in Willows (32 miles away) it started acting weird and the dry attachment wouldn't work for me half the time, then today stopped totally.... the same brand new piece that replaced the other brand new, out of the box piece. My boyfriend called them and they said I could buy another attachment for $10, not from them that is guaranteed.

I'm sorry to say that I have only been to this store once. I thought I would be able to go to a store closer to my home, but I would gladly drive 20 more miles than ever step foot in this business EVER again!! Their ATM/Credit charge is way to high and if you don't use your card and pay with cash, you do not receive a receipt since they don't want to pay THEIR taxes like the rest of us here in America!!! I'm disgusted by this establishment. And not to mention, they make up the prices so you wind up paying way more if you use cash! Way to go Cloud 9...... I hope you go out of business!!
