The owner charged me $700 for a radiator hose replacement, and a brake job, oil change and an engine clean. he didn't ever do the oil change. And I had to bring it back in to him the very next day where he realized he didn't even fix the right part and needed to charge me another $500 to replace the radiator which should've been done the first time.
He held a check for me on the 2nd trip to his shop and agreed not to cash it until I called him so I could get money in the bank. I was laid off the very next week and didn't get my unemployment for a month and a half and I called him to let him know that i would pay him when my unemployment started kicking in and he said that was fine....well I look at my bank statement today and the guy has cashed the check without calling me, Now my family of 3 kids and my wife and I can't pay our electricity bill or water bill - because of this scam artist who lied and scammed me and my family!!!!

My experience with this business was a horrible one, to say the very least! This "One Man Mechanic Shop" as I was reminded so many times, is ran by a man who is extremely unprofessional. We took our car to him to be fixed after it had already been messed up by another mechanic in Sacramento, he seemed sympathetic, told us he would have our car done ASAP! All that needed to be done was the A/C. Nine days later....we went to his shop, after many un-returned phone calls, and rude conversations where we were told "He was to busy to talk to us, OR that we were wasting his time every time we called to ask about our car".....upon reaching his shop, he was rude, beligerant, and told us to get the "F" out of his shop and closed the doors and locked them! Even called the police on us!!! All because we wanted to know why, after 9 days, he still hadn't started on our car. Mind you....he was paid in advance...$1347.00.
We came back the following morning, same story, wouldn't even open up for business! He stood in his shop and took pics of us with his cell phone and demanded that we leave. Sooooo we went and got the police. And they got our car for us. He purposely left the surpentine belt off so we couldn't drive the car, we had to take it to another shop to have the work completed. The businesses next to him all told us that this was how he conducted business and that they had seen him treat many people the very same way! Crazy!!
Beware.....I warn you and that is why I am writing this review.
