About 2 weeks ago I was packing my bags for a business trip in D.C. when I accidentally flung my iPhone into the toilet. Yikes!!! I took it out and it seemed to be working fine and a few minutes later it turned off. I tried charging it, drying it with my blow dryer, and nothing worked. I was leaving for D.C. the next day and I desperately needed my phone for my trip. My roommate referred me to this shop because she had her blackberry fixed there and she said they were reasonably priced. So I called them and was told they could reverse the water damage for $40. I took it in that same day and sure enough, they were able to get it to turn on again. Most importantly I had my phone functioning for my trip and it's working perfectly!!!

sure they changed my iphone screen in 25 mins but they used a cheap aftermarket screen and OH GREAT 30days of warranty but the city of chicago states there has to be a min of 90days ans im pretty sure they werent licensed next time ill take it to a expert.....

My iPhone screen was shattered and he was able to fix it in 25 minutes. I got a month warranty on the repair.

I found these guys on craigslist. I came here because they offered me the cheapest price for the repair. I called several repair shops on the northside closer to where I live and they were charging me $30-$40 more. I got my charging port replaced and he did it in less than an hour. The technician was a cool guy too!

I had a 3g iPhone with a cracked screen. I called Universal Entertainment and received a free estimate on the repair. I went in the next day and was in and out in about 25 minutes. The technician was very helpful and went above and beyond to explain to me some extra info on the iPhone such as popular apps and such. I am very satisfied with the ease and efficiency of the repair and the staff was very friendly as well.
