If you're tired of being ripped off and getting no customer service than visit Designer Stone Outlet located at 2743 N. California. Go west past Tile Outlet and go North on California. Less then 1 mile away. I brought back 2 different tiles in one day, about 150 square feet, The first one I just didn't like what I bought and they exchanged it for me. The second one the tile had an orange hugh that I was concerned with and was told that it should only be on a few, it wasn't, it was on most of them. When I went back in about 2 hours later and said it's on all of them, they said really, looked through a few boxes and said you're right and then gave me my money back with no attitude. They were very helpful and said sorry for the inconvenience please tell your friends. Friends, shop at Designer Stone Outlet. You won't be disappointed.‎

The prices might be okay, but the customer service here is absolutely awful. Initially it took forever to get help and all of the staff was very abrupt. Also none of the staff warned me that the tile I was about to buy was non returnable even though I said I might need to bring some of it back. Later when I tried to return some of the tile the manager was incredibly dismissive and insulting, walking away from me while I was talking at least three times and treating me like I was an idiot. I'm also in customer service, so I really tried to be reasonable, but this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had!
